Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities? We're seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist to support fleet and asset management operations for a dynamic, fast-paced organization. In this role, you'll help coordinate vehicle and asset programs, maintain accurate records, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure smooth day-to-day operational support.
This is a long term temporary role that is onsite in Tulsa, OK.
What You'll Do
Manage fuel cards, maintenance cards, toll passes, driver records, and related fleet administration activities
Coordinate vehicle lifecycle processes, including ordering, driver assignments, delivery, maintenance, and vehicle disposition
Support IT and non-IT asset deployments, including communications, shipping logistics, returns, and stakeholder updates
Maintain fleet and asset records, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness
Partner with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to resolve operational issues and maintain service continuity
Assist with inventory management, asset tracking, reporting, and reconciliation activities
Support ongoing operational projects and perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are a plus
Ability to work independently while maintaining a customer-focused mindset
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Preferred Experience
2+ years of asset management, fleet management, procurement, logistics, or operational support experience
Project management experience or certification is a plus
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associate's degree preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field a plus
