We are seeking a Customer Service & Order Management Specialist to provide customer and sales support throughout the product selection and ordering process. This role works closely with internal teams and customers to assist with product questions, quotations, availability, order processing, and issue resolution.
This is a great opportunity for someone with inside sales or customer service experience who enjoys working with customers, products, and order management.
Responsibilities
Provide product and order support to internal and external customers.
Assist customers with product selection, availability, quotations, and ordering.
Review customer specifications and help determine appropriate product solutions.
Prepare quotations and supporting documentation.
Process RFQs and customer orders using CRM and ERP systems.
Track orders and help resolve order, product, or availability discrepancies.
Provide professional and responsive customer service throughout the sales and order process.
Participate in training and meetings as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience that includes order management.
Ability to quickly learn technical concepts such as product specifications and applications in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Pay Details: $26.00 to $34.00 per hour
