Responsibilities of the Purchasing Specialist

• 
  
• The Purchasing Specialist will source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality products, and favorable delivery terms
• 
  
• Create, process, and track purchase orders while ensuring materials and services are obtained in a timely manner
• 
  
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities to support production and operational requirements
• 
  
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and supply chain efficiency
• 
  
• Analyze purchasing trends, supplier performance, and cost-saving opportunities while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications for the Purchasing Specialist

• 
  
• 2+ years of purchasing, procurement, buying, supply chain, or related experience
• 
  
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• 
  

Salary: $75,000-85,000
