Charitable Giving Payments, Grants Processing, & Customer Support Administrator
Source suppliers, submit information to supervisor, coordinate payment terms, place orders, monitor payments. Administer payments, grants, compliance documents. Handle invoice validation. Investigate and resolve payment issues. Conduct monthly compliance checks. Respond to customer inquiries via email to support system payments, grants, invoices, and general questions. Deliver reports at defined frequency. Job Requirements:
Locations: Phoenix, AZ; Hillsboro, OR; Folsom, CA; Santa Clara, CA; San Jose, Costa Rica; or Rio Rancho, NM. Will consider remote worker in the following timezones: Pacific, Mountain, Central.
Must be able to work M-F 8-5 Pacific
Must have 3-5 yrs of experience in payment processing
3-5 yrs of experience with CyberGrants preferred
3-5 yrs of experience with Benevity, SAP or other finance tools helpful
HS diploma or GED equivalent required for US candidates. Associates degree is preferrred in Accounting or Math related fields
Must be highly organized and meticulous, with strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across stakeholders
Client laptop will be provided.
