Coordinates documents and gathers and inputs data related to assigned administrative support duties for a team, department, function or other organizational leader/group. Performs activities under a moderate degree of supervision.
- College, university or equivalent degree required
- 2~4 years of work experience required
- Work experience preferred in manufacturing business, automobile or heavy-duty industry
- Experience in supporting logistics and/or purchasing development projects
- Intermediate English skill required (Speaking and writing)
- MS office skill required

- Sourcing- Utilizes the purchasing functional system to support the Request For Quote process and establish a Total Cost of Ownership comparison of suppliers based on the category strategy and define the supplier that is most likely to meet Cummins and customer's needs.
- Supplier Relationship Management- Manages strategic supplier using agreed process with established work plan, senior sponsor meetings, and scorecards.
- Data Analytics- Discovers, interprets and communicates qualitative and quantitative data; determines conclusions relying on knowledge of business or functional frameworks; simultaneously applies statistics, data validity, data visualization, and problem solving approaches.
- Data Communication and Visualization- Constructs a tale of the business problem, root cause, solution options, and opportunities through illustrating data visually, including reports and dashboards.
