    Purchasing Coordinator

    Job Description Summary

    Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations and Purchasing departments by coordinating purchasing activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely processing of transactions and requests in alignment with company policies and management direction.

    Job Description:

    Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.

    Process ticket invoices and investigate/respond to consumption discrepancies.

    Receive and review purchase orders; resolve outstanding or unresolved PO items. Partner with requisitioners to update delivery dates and close out past-due purchase orders.

    Track and reconcile Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI) items.

    Create requisitions and coordinate fuel oil orders.

    Monitor and communicate maintenance outage estimates and actual costs Order and maintain office, breakroom, and visitor supplies (including catering).

    Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier shipments (e.g., FedEx).

    Coordinate PPE for administrative or conference needs.

    Provide administrative support.

    Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.

    Required Skills and Education

    • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
    • 2+ years of administrative, operations, or purchasing support experience preferred
    • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, LN)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
