Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced  Purchasing/ Warehouse Inventory Manager to join the team, in this position you will be creating and implementing strategies in our purchasing process to increase savings, reduce cost, and improve efficiency. You will work with our division manager and team to provide mentorship and coaching as needed, and work closely with the rest of the company to ensure needs are met across the board. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of purchasing procedures and contracts, has strong interpersonal skills, and has strong attention to detail. 

Responsibilities 
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and increase savings
  • Develop and implement management strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Manage the company inventory, working with the team to streamline daily proven procedures improving accuracy in all parts of the job also providing mentorship and support as needed to the team.
  • Create short and long-term goals for the company.
  • Work closely with others, including sales and marketing, to ensure needs are being met
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience with purchasing, managing inventory, and creating policies and procedures around purchasing
  • Deep knowledge of contracts and negotiations within the scope of corporate purchasing
  • Experience managing a team
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
