Purchasing Agent

A growing automotive mechanic company is looking for an organized Purchasing Agent to manage parts requests from multiple locations. This role is responsible for sourcing products, placing orders, and ensuring shops receive the parts they need quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Receive purchase requests from multiple locations
• Source automotive parts and supplies
• Place purchase orders
• Coordinate deliveries with vendors
• Track outstanding orders
• Maintain strong vendor relationships
• Ensure timely fulfillment of requests

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Purchasing or inventory experience preferred
• Ability to multitask

Salary: 55K-70K

Hours: Sunday - Friday| 9 am - 6 pm
