    Performs a variety of customer service and sales related duties

    What You'll Do

    • Plan and execute RFx events; analyze bids to establish price objectives and purchase feasibility; recommend awards. Negotiate prices, discounts, delivery, payment, warranties, and service levels within authority; coordinate with legal for contract terms.
    • Own day-to-day supplier performance for assigned categories; drive corrective actions and improvement plans using KPIs. Collaborate with planning, operations, engineering, quality, and finance on requirements, specifications, timing, and inventory impact.
    • Perform TCO and should-cost analyses; track savings, cost avoidance, and value improvement initiatives.
    • Maintain accurate supplier records, contracts, sourcing lists, and item/vendor masters; ensure compliance with policies and audit readiness.
    • Generate reports, dashboards, and statistical analyses on spend, supplier performance, lead times, and market trends; present insights to stakeholders. Support risk assessments, dual-sourcing, and continuity-of-supply initiatives.
    • Other duties.
