Full-Time | Manufacturing | Leadership Track
Picture your first weeks on our production floor: you’re paired with an experienced Lamination Manager, learning the ins and outs of our three PUR lamination lines that apply laminate and PVC film to MDF, plywood, and particleboard. You don’t need prior PUR experience—we’ll teach you the full process from material prep to finished panels. What matters most is your mechanical aptitude, reliability, and drive to lead.
Each shift, you’ll own one lamination line. You review the production schedule, map out priorities, and start working one job ahead of the machine. You coordinate with our dedicated forklift driver to stage MDF, plywood, particleboard, laminate, and PVC film so the line never idles waiting on material. Before each run, you verify setups, materials, and specs; during production, you watch the process closely, preventing small issues from becoming downtime.
Throughout the day, you communicate status, material needs, quality notes, and schedule changes to the Lamination Manager. You keep the area organized, support teammates around your line, and when needed, you step in to cover for the manager. This is more than operating equipment—you’re keeping production moving.
We do not require PUR lamination experience. Experience in these areas often maps well:
Above all: the ability to learn, plan ahead, stay organized, communicate, and be reliable.
You can read the schedule and instantly translate it into materials, setups, and handoffs. You keep the next job staged and ready so the current one flows right into it. You’re asking yourself:
Over time, you become the Lamination Manager’s right hand—the #2 for the department.
