Job Title: Entry-Level Punch Press Operator

We are currently hiring for an Entry-Level Punch Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in metal fabrication and production work. No prior experience required—training will be provided.

Position Overview

As a Punch Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring punch press machines to produce metal parts according to specifications. You will learn to set up equipment, inspect finished products, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.

Shift Options

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Monday–Thursday)

Pay

• Starting at $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Operate punch press machinery safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials from machines
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Report equipment issues to supervisors

Qualifications

• No prior experience required (entry-level position)
• Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
