Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Optional overtime available on Fridays)

Position OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring Punch Press Machine Operators for a production and manufacturing facility in SW Oklahoma City. This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided for candidates who have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and excellent attendance. The company is looking for individuals who are committed to long-term employment and have a stable work history.
Job Responsibilities- Operate punch press machines in a manufacturing environment
- Perform rolling, bending, forming, and punching operations
- Conduct final inspections on finished products
- Follow production schedules and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Assist with additional production duties as needed
Requirements- No experience required – willing to train
- Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent attendance is required
- Stable work history with demonstrated job longevity
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen prior to starting
- Must be able to pass a hair follicle drug screen after 90 days of employment
- No job hoppers
Additional Information- Entry-level position with training provided
- Optional overtime available on Fridays
- 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks provided
- Air-conditioned break room available
- Employees may bring a water bottle with a lid onto the production floor and are encouraged to stay hydrated
