Pay: $24.10 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production operator to join our manufacturing team in Addison, IL. In this role, you will operate production equipment, assemble and package products, inspect finished goods, and help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient production environment.

Job Description
  • Operate production equipment according to standard work instructions and procedures.
  • Load and unload materials, components, and finished products.
  • Perform assembly, machine operation, packaging, and other manufacturing activities.
  • Inspect products to ensure they meet quality requirements and specifications.
  • Complete production records and documentation accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S Principles.
  • Assist with equipment changeovers and basic machine setup activities.
  • Monitor equipment performance and report operational, quality, or safety concerns.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work practices.
  • Work with the team to achieve daily production, quality, and efficiency goals

  • Experience using hand tools or basic manufacturing equipment is a plus.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50lbs
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
