Quick Facts

• Location: Houston, MN
• Hours: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:20 PM
• Overtime: Some Fridays as needed
• Compensation: $18–$20 per hour to start

What Will You Do?

• Run a punch press and other fabrication equipment to produce metal components.
• Assist with paint line and industrial coating operations.
• Precisely measure and cut materials to specification.
• Palletize, stack, and stage products for shipment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Pitch in across production and warehouse tasks as needed.

What Do You Need?

• No prior manufacturing experience required—training provided.
• Comfort reading a tape measure and handling basic math.
• Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
• Interest in learning machine operation and fabrication processes.
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work on your feet in a fast-moving environment.
