Punch Out Superintendant

The Punch Out Superintendent will oversee the final stages of construction projects, primarily focusing on apartment homes. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, this role ensures that all punch list items are completed to the highest standards, addressing any outstanding issues before project closeout. The position requires occasional travel to project sites and strong supervisory skills to coordinate with various stakeholders during the punch out phase.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate punch out activities on apartment home construction projects
• Ensure timely completion of all final inspections and corrective actions
• Communicate punch list status and progress directly to the Project Manager
• Facilitate collaboration between subcontractors, inspectors, and site teams
• Monitor workmanship quality and compliance with project specifications
• Schedule and conduct walkthroughs to verify punch list completion
• Occasionally travel to project sites as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction supervision
• High School Diploma or equivalent
