We are seeking experienced Punch/Make Ready Technicians to join our team in Hammond, Indiana!
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Perform minor and routine maintenance repairs.
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy, such as general cleaning.
- Interior Painting, used routinely in this position.
- Maintain organization of the maintenance shop.
- Retain accurate records of repairs and punches.
- General upkeep and cleanliness of the grounds.
- Assist in snow removal as necessary.
- Perform other duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 3-5 years prior experience or relevant experience
- Advanced paint, advanced drywall, advanced luxury vinyl tile, advanced organizational skills, advanced time management skills, advanced cabinet, intermediate electrical, intermediate appliances, intermediate HVAC, intermediate computer, and intermediate carpentry
- Driver’s License and valid car insurance
- Personal, reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Ability to speak, read, and write English is preferred
- Service mentality and a thirst for learning
- Positive Can-Do Attitude
- Excellent Attendance

Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
