At Parman Tractor & Equipment, our Pump Division engineers, assembles, delivers, and installs equipment that helps customers solve critical water and wastewater challenges. We're looking for a motivated entry level Pump Technician to join our team and learn the business from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver, install, and remove pump and hose setups
  • Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment
  • Perform basic maintenance and repairs
  • Assist with shop operations and equipment preparation
  • Learn the pump business from the ground up

What You Bring

  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Team-oriented and customer-focused
  • Valid driver's license with an MVR that meets company standards
  • Ability to pass a post-offer physical
  • Lift up to 75 lbs. and work outdoors in varying conditions
