    Description

    SummaryThe Repair & Shop Supervisor serves as an ambassador for the Company and is responsible for maintaining flow and objectives of the service department. This person will answer service calls, emails and schedule repair work. Involves working with other coordinators and the Shop Manager to ensure efficiency and accuracy and maintain repair schedules.Duties/Responsibilities

    Answering customer calls and emails.Resolving customer issues and inquiries in a timely mannerCreating estimates for equipment repairsOrder repair materials as required depending on scope and need of each jobFollowing up on repair part orders to ensure timely service to customersFollow up with Sales on customer approvals for any needed repairsSupervises a group of shop employees and oversees their day-to-day activities to ensure efficient repair operations.Performs other duties as assigned by manager.

    Work Environment

    This job operates primarily in an office environment on the company site with some interaction with a warehouse/shipping environment.

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, hours as needed.

    Required Education and Experience

    High School Diploma/GED2+ years in mechanical environment.
