Pump Mechanic/Service Technician

Disassemble, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble industrial pumps, motors, and mixers
Diagnose equipment issues and determine the cause of mechanical failures
Test and verify repaired equipment to ensure proper operation
Travel to customer sites throughout the U.S. to assist with equipment installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance
Provide technical support to customers and assist with troubleshooting equipment concerns
Work with the engineering team to evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions
Receive, unload, organize, package, and ship equipment and replacement parts
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop and warehouse environment
Assist with other hands-on mechanical and shop-related projects as needed

Hands-on mechanical experience working with pumps, motors, machinery, heavy equipment, farm equipment, or similar systems
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to safely use common hand and power tools
Comfortable disassembling and rebuilding mechanical equipment
Ability to read and understand basic mechanical drawings, manuals, or equipment documentation
Comfortable working in a shop environment around equipment that may have strong wastewater/sewage odors
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% throughout the U.S.; travel expenses are covered
Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to obtain/maintain a valid passport
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
Must be comfortable with a hands-on position that involves lifting, moving, and working directly with mechanical equipment
