    Description

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Perform HTC and Full System Assemblies
    • Ability to read blueprints, calipers and other measuring instruments, records dimensions, and other details on production logs
    • Maintains organized clean work area including equipment and tooling
    • Maintains a safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
    • Works with other facility teams (Purchasing, Quality, and Engineering) to ensure that assembly/test problems are addressed and resolved quickly
    • Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures
    • Utilize safe work habits at all times
    • Perform other work-related tasks as assigned

    FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the assembly and testing areas
    • Assist in identifying process improvements and contribute to team-based problem-solving
    • Ensure compliance with facility-specific safety protocols and product standards

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

    • Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly, industrial machinery assembly, or a related manufacturing role required
    • Forklift operation experience preferred
    • Material handling experience preferred

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Ability to pass a drug screen & background check
    • Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as required
    • Ability to solve practical problems and work with limited standardization
    • Working knowledge of manufacturing environment safety practices
    • Understanding of quality assurance concepts, typically acquired through in-house training
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
    • Adaptability and willingness to be cross trained
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
    • Ability to work in non-climate-controlled facility
    • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push/pull, and repetitive movements for up to 12 hours daily
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
