Shannon Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible (BC/BE) Pulmonologist to join our exceptional healthcare team in beautiful San Angelo, TX. Our medical center offers services and specialties not typically found in rural settings, providing a rewarding opportunity for clinical practice in a supportive environment. We have a 98% physician retention rate with our specialty group of more than 40 specialties.

Qualifications: Shannon Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Pulmonologist who is collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills to join our exceptional team in beautiful San Angelo, TX. Our team consists of 21 BC Emergency Medicine physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Professionals. 75,000-80,000 visits per year with fast track. Our two emergency departments are a Level III Trauma facility that consists of 41 beds downtown and 20 beds at South Campus plus we have 40 subspecialties. Shannon is locally owned, governed, and not-for-profit organization. We are the sole healthcare system in San Angelo and surrounding cities.
