Job Description: Publix / Walmart Remodel Construction Superintendent

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction and renovation projects at Publix and Walmart locations
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
• Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Desired Experience:

• Prior experience working on retail remodeling projects, especially in Publix or Walmart locations
• Familiarity with construction software and project management tools
• Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders
