Now Hiring: Streets SupervisorThe City of Nacogdoches is seeking a qualified and experienced Streets Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and personnel in the Streets Division. In this role, you will direct crews in constructing, repairing and maintaining city streets, sidewalks, drainage systems, parking lots and rights-of-way.Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize and direct daily operations, construction and repairs of city infrastructure.Supervise, schedule, evaluate and train division staff and crews.Manage work orders, track project timelines and ensure high-quality, safe execution.Assist with division budget monitoring, equipment purchasing and safety compliance.Qualifications:High School diploma / GED supplemented by specialized training in street maintenance or related field.Four (4) years of street maintenance experience, including two (2) years in a lead or supervisory role.Valid Texas Driver's license and Class B CDL (or ability to obtain within 6 months; Class A preferred).Pave the Way to a better tomorrow................Apply Today!
