About the Position
Lane County Public Works is seeking dedicated professionals to work as a PW Management Analyst in its Administration Services Division. These positions will assist in preparing the Department’s annual budget, financial reports, and computations. You will provide collaborative and solution-oriented services through divisional financial analysis, cost analysis, data analytics, and project work as needed. PW Management Analysts are often involved in cross-divisional teams and tasked with conducting research, determining and raising pertinent issues, preparing a variety of reports, and summarizing findings.About the Division
The Administrative Services Division includes 22 FTE and provides support services for the other seven Public Works (PW) divisions. It serves as central administration for the Department, with functions that include payroll, budgeting, financial management, safety, training and development, contract administration, and customer service. Administrative Services also provides leadership, information, analysis, and support to the Department Director, management team, staff, citizens, and Board of Commissioners to assist them in making quality decisions about the Department and Lane County’s communities.
