QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School diploma or equivalent;
  • Valid New York State Driver License;
  • Proficient report writing and communication skills; 
  • Outstanding customer service;
  • Current security license (preferred); FDNY Certificate of Fitness (preferred); and
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a security capacity, residential environment (preferred).
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Frequent patrol of building lobbies, stairwells and other assigned areas;
  • File accurate reports; 
  • Follow proper protocol and procedures in the event of crime/accident/incident;
  • Outstanding customer service; and
  • Great communication skills – written and verbal.
