Key Responsibilities:
- Drive aggressive business development initiatives, proactively identifying, pursuing, and securing new client opportunities across target markets.
- Lead and coordinate the development of compelling client proposals, bids, and formal presentations to secure new projects.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team across Public Outreach, Marketing and Advertising, Photography, Video Production, Web Design and Development, and Construction Support Services to align outreach efforts with growth strategies.
- Assist the Public Outreach Manager with event logistics, targeted marketing content creation, and high-impact stakeholder engagement.
- Develop strategic content and craft compelling digital communications across email and social media to support both outreach and brand expansion.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients, prospective partners, and industry vendors.
Requirements:
- BS/BA in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience in business development, sales, client outreach, or proposal/lead generation.
- Prior experience within the construction and/or transportation sectors is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with a strong emphasis on InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to pitch and present to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven content writing experience, paired with a working knowledge of SEO tools and keyword research.
