Public Finance Attorney – Woodbridge, NJ

A long-standing New Jersey law firm is hiring a public finance attorney in Woodbridge. This is bond work you carry yourself, from engagement through closing.

The work: representing municipalities, school districts, housing authorities and underwriters on tax-exempt and taxable financings. Drafting and reviewing bond documents, official statements and closing papers. Working directly with issuers, underwriters and their advisors.

Who fits: three or more years of public finance practice as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel or issuer's counsel. Admitted in New Jersey. The firm will ask for writing samples.

Pay: $145,000 to $155,000 base. Full benefits.
