Public Construction Project Manager | PE Required

As an MTA Project Manager (PE Required), you'll lead impactful transit and infrastructure projects from planning through completion, working alongside a talented team on some of New York's most visible transportation initiatives. You'll leverage your PE license and project management expertise to drive schedules, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver successful projects across the MTA network.

Description

• Manage construction project activities from early planning through completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to maintain clear progress against plans.
• Review project scope and documentation to support accurate execution.
• Work with construction stakeholders to address project needs and keep work moving forward.
• Track project updates and communicate status, priorities, and key decisions.
• Help resolve project issues that affect scope, timing, or delivery.
• Maintain project records and organize documentation for active work.
• Apply Professional Engineer knowledge to construction project decisions and technical coordination.

Profile

A successful MTA Project Manager | PE Required should have:

• A current Professional Engineer, PE, credential.
• Experience managing construction projects from planning through delivery.
• Experience coordinating project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ability to review project scope and project documentation.
• Experience tracking project progress and communicating project updates.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple construction project stakeholders.

Job Offer
