The Publix Technology Services (PTS) position will provide IT technical support for the Charlotte, NC area to primarily include installation, and repair and preventive maintenance of IT hardware in Publix retail stores.
Location: Onsite, Charlotte, NC

Support Publix retail stores through on-site visits

Work variable shifts based on project demands and support schedules
Perform tasks during overnight, evening, early morning, and daytime hours
Complete approximately 6070% of work between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday. Occasionally work Sunday nights as needed.
