POSITION: PT Van Driver
LOCATION: Devils Lake, ND

TYPE OF APPOINTMENT: This is a part-time, non-benefitted, working as needed.
BACKGROUND CHECK: LRSC does require a successful background check for the selected candidate prior to beginning employment.
JOB SUMMARY: The 15-passenger van driver will provide safe and reliable transportation for community college athletic teams traveling to competitions and events. This position requires driving to both local and out-of-state destinations, which may involve overnight stays. The driver is responsible for ensuring passenger safety, following all traffic laws and college policies, maintaining accurate trip records, and assisting with basic vehicle care such as fueling and cleanliness. Strong communication skills, flexibility with scheduling, and a commitment to professionalism while representing the college are essential. This position does not have a regular schedule, and drivers will have flexibility to accept or decline trips.
REQUIREMENTS: Valid drivers license; clean driving record with no major violations; ability to drive in various weather and traffic conditions. MUST COMPLETE 15 PASSENGER VAN TRAINING OFFERED BY LRSC.
SALARY: $20.00 per hour drive time pay; $10.00/hr sit time pay and $100.00 per overnight
