Based in Rockland, ME, you willsupport patients engaged in substance use disorder (SUD)treatment through a blend of in‑person care and remote follow‑up.

  • The ability to build trust quickly and maintain therapeutic rapport with a diverse patient population
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort balancing in‑person visits with remote follow‑up care

Responsibilities:

  • PatientExams: Complete admission, readmission, and annual physicals; review labs with patients.
  • MedicationManagement: Issue medication change orders (including verbal orders per state rules) and ensure accurate nursing follow‑through.
  • Documentation: Review, complete, and sign required clinical documentation and reports.
  • TeamSupport: Train and support nursing staff to ensure safe, consistent clinical practice.

Requirements

Credentials:
  • Current and active state license as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) in the state of operation.
  • Certified in Psychiatry Preferred
  • Active DEA Registration (Schedules II, III C) with the ability/waiver to prescribe buprenorphine.
  • Active Medicaid and Medicare credentials.

Benefits
