Qualifications & Pay Range:

Compensation & Bonus Structure 

• Base Salary: $77,000 - $110,000 /year (based on experience and market factors) 
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds 
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 available in select locations!
