Job Objective & Safety/Security Sensitive Designation

JOB OBJECTIVE: To perform duties related to the operation and maintenance of a municipal swimming pool.

This position is designated as a safety/security sensitive position and is subject to random drug and alcohol screening.

Minimum Qualifications, Additional Requirements and Supervisory Responsibilities

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be certified by American Red Cross as Lifeguard
• Must have current CPR certification.
• Must have three (3) years experience as a Lifeguard
• Must have two (2) years experience teaching swim lessons
