We’re looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Floral Designer to join our team! What You’ll Do
- Create custom artificial floral arrangements for retail sales
- Design wreaths, centerpieces, bouquets, and seasonal décor
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and manage floral inventory
- Collaborate with leadership on new product ideas and merchandising
- Ensure all designs meet quality standards and brand style
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in floral design (artificial or fresh) preferred, but talent and creativity matter most
- Strong eye for color, balance, and composition
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Reliable, motivated, and passionate about design
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail or production environment
