Our client is seeking a Part-Time Accounting & Data Entry Clerk to support their accounting team with invoice entry, reconciliations, and a system migration project. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who is eager to learn and grow.
Location: Knoxville, TN (Onsite)
Compensation: $17-$18 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule
20-30 hours per week
Monday-Friday
Flexible schedule between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM
Responsibilities
Enter invoices, bills, and vendor information
Assist with accounts payable and reconciliations
Support transition from QuickBooks Enterprise to QuickBooks Online/Sage
Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining accuracy
Assist with various accounting projects as needed
Qualifications
Accounting, bookkeeping, or data entry experience preferred
Exposure to QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Self-starter who works well independently
Enjoys problem-solving and working as part of a team
Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
