What You'll Do

As a PSR Specialist, you will provide rehabilitative and recovery-focused services under clinical supervision while helping clients build skills for successful community living.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate psychosocial rehabilitation education and skill-building groups.
• Plan and lead therapeutic activities, outings, and community-based programming.
• Support clients in achieving treatment plan goals and maintaining program expectations.
• Provide advocacy and encouragement to promote recovery and independence.
• Monitor program environments to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with agency standards.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with client orientation, education, referrals, and resource coordination.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams and participate in regular staff meetings.
• Serve as a positive role model and support clients in developing healthy coping and life skills.
• Safely transport clients and conduct agency business using agency vehicles when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by clinical or program leadership.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two (2) years of stable employment history.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Preferred

• Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, or behavioral health challenges.
• Experience facilitating groups, educational sessions, or community-based programs.
• Knowledge of recovery-oriented services and psychosocial rehabilitation principles.
