    The faculty member will provide instruction in the appropriate field as well as provide assistance to students via email, phone or designated office hours. Faculty will keep records of attendance and grades meeting all college verification process deadlines.

    Required Qualifications

    • Master's degree in Psychology or Master's in related field with 18 Graduate level hours in psychology.
    • Experience teaching classes at the college level, preferably in a community college setting.
    • In-depth knowledge of subject matter to be taught.
    • Commitment to excellence in teaching.
    • Experience working with diverse populations.

    Desired Qualifications

    • Ph.D. in the psychology or related field with 18 Graduate level hours in psychology.
    • Documented student success, recruitment, and retention.
    • Collaboration in college and community settings, including committees and institution building activities.
    • Experience supporting first-generation and non-traditional students.

    • Maintain a shell in the college's LMS for communications with students for all courses every semester.
