What Youll Do
- Conduct psychological screenings and assessments based on records and clinical interviews
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers
- Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans
- Perform regular rounds in segregation and confined housing areas to assess inmate adjustment
- Provide mental health counseling and crisis intervention
- Assist in addressing escalated behavioral and mental health issues
- Document findings and treatment progress accurately
What You Need
- Licensed or board-eligible Psychologist credentials
- Experience conducting psychological assessments and providing mental health treatment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced correctional or institutional setting
