What You’ll Do
  • Conduct psychological screenings and assessments based on records and clinical interviews
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers
  • Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans
  • Perform regular rounds in segregation and confined housing areas to assess inmate adjustment
  • Provide mental health counseling and crisis intervention
  • Assist in addressing escalated behavioral and mental health issues
  • Document findings and treatment progress accurately

What You Need
  • Licensed or board-eligible Psychologist credentials
  • Experience conducting psychological assessments and providing mental health treatment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced correctional or institutional setting
