What You’ll Do
  • Conduct psychological screenings, assessments, and evaluations for inmates
  • Develop and modify individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, medical staff, and security personnel
  • Perform routine rounds to monitor inmate mental health status and address crises
  • Provide individual counseling and crisis intervention as needed
  • Document all clinical activities accurately and timely
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies and legal regulations

What You Need
  • Current valid license or eligibility to practice as a Psychologist
  • At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in correctional or inpatient environments
  • Strong interpersonal, assessment, and crisis management skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
