What Youll Do- Conduct psychological screenings, assessments, and evaluations for inmates
- Develop and modify individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, medical staff, and security personnel
- Perform routine rounds to monitor inmate mental health status and address crises
- Provide individual counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Document all clinical activities accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and legal regulations
What You Need- Current valid license or eligibility to practice as a Psychologist
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in correctional or inpatient environments
- Strong interpersonal, assessment, and crisis management skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
