Psychologist-Storm Lake, IA

This position will employ a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions to support clients in achieving their mental health goals. Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional, cognitive, and behavioral functioning.

PAMHC is seeking a full-time Psychologist based out of our Storm Lake location. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. This position will employ a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions to support clients in achieving their mental health goals. Travel to our satellite offices is required.

Pay Range:

$94,000.00 up to $105,000.00 depending on experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional, cognitive, and behavioral functioning

• Diagnose client needs and develop treatment plans and clinical recommendations

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records

• Collaborate with mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care

• Refer clients for treatment of psychological disorders when clinically appropriate

• Remain current on testing and diagnostic materials, rules, and best practices

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Valid Iowa licensure to practice as an Independent Doctor of Psychology
• One-Two years’ experience in conducting assessments in an outpatient setting
• Valid Driver’s License and Insurance

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual a plus, but not required
