What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct psychological assessments and screenings for inmate/residents
  • Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, medical staff, social workers, and security
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
  • Perform regular rounds and assessments in housing units
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation of clinical activities

What You Need:
  • Valid licensure as a Psychologist (board eligible/board certified)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of psychological evaluation and counseling techniques
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
