What You’ll Do
  • Conduct psychological assessments and screenings for inmates
  • Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary mental health team, including psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and other staff
  • Provide mental health counseling, crisis intervention, and follow-up care
  • Make rounds in confined housing areas to assess inmate mental health and adjustment
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with treatment protocols
  • Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and treatment planning sessions

What You Need
  • Valid licensure or board eligibility as a Psychologist
  • Experience with psychological assessments and counseling techniques
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • US citizenship for clearance purposes
  • Strong communication and clinical skills
