This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Medical Director or a high-performing psychiatrist ready to step into a broader leadership role. You’ll help lead mental health and substance use services, oversee providers, and shape the future of care delivery across a community-focused system.

    Work Schedule and Responsibilities:

    • Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for clients and maintain active case load
    • Supervise and support psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other providers
    • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and program development
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
    • Recruit, train, and evaluate medical staff
    • Represent the organization in community and professional settings

    Qualifications and/or Licensing Requirements

    • Graduate from an accredited School of Medicine, MD or DO
    • Completion of Psychiatry residency program
    • Board certification in Psychiatry
    • Active Kansas medical license
    • DEA certification
