What Youll Do
- Conduct forensic and clinical evaluations according to Massachusetts statutes
- Provide diagnostic assessments, risk evaluations, and capacity reports supporting court decisions
- Prepare and present expert testimony in court, when required
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and findings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, social workers, and nurses
- Participate in daily treatment meetings and team discussions
- Support court clinics and forensic unit activities
What You Need
Required:- Active psychiatric license in Massachusetts
- Previous experience in forensic or adult psychiatry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Preferred:- Experience with court-related evaluations and testimony
- Knowledge of Massachusetts statutes related to forensic psychiatry
