Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
Establish and monitor clinical protocols, documentation standards, and risk-management practices.
Review complex cases, provide consults, and lead case conferences as needed.
Ensure adherence to regulatory, ethical, and privacy requirements in all clinical activities.
Contribute to program development, process improvements, and outcomes measurement.
Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing development of clinical team members.
