Psychiatrist - Outpatient
Compensation: $275,000 – $340,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including diagnostic interviews and mental status examinations, to develop individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications, evaluating efficacy and side effects to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize psychotherapeutic methods in conjunction with pharmacological treatments to manage acute and chronic mental health conditions
- Partner with primary care, social work, and nursing teams to provide integrated behavioral health support across clinical settings
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EHR) and participate in clinical quality reviews to enhance patient safety and care standards
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
- Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
- Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
