    Location: Naples, Florida
    Positions Available: 1–2 Psychiatrists

    A behavioral health facility in Naples, Florida, is seeking one to two Psychiatrists to join their growing team. The program is actively expanding, with a current census of approximately 40 patients and the capacity to increase into the 80s.

    Position Overview

    This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative behavioral health setting, providing comprehensive psychiatric care. Candidates must be comfortable working alongside and supervising mid-level providers within a team-based care model.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
    • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
    • Collaborate with advanced practice providers and multidisciplinary staff
    • Provide clinical oversight and support to mid-level providers
    • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
    • Participate in call coverage as required

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
    • Completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency program
    • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
    • Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
    • DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
    • Comfortable working in a higher-volume setting
    • Strong team collaboration skills
