About the Clinician‘s WorkdayThis full-time hybrid role requires the clinician to work 40 hours per week, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, providing non-clinical psychiatric leadership services within a community mental health program operating in a correctional setting. The clinician will serve in a dual capacity, leading Psychiatry Services staff - including a Psychiatrist, NPs, and Quality Assurance review and audit staff - and supervising NPs. Responsibilities include attendance and facilitation of onsite meetings and trainings, operations oversight, scheduling, Quality Assurance duties, and policy and procedure review, input, and design. Additional duties may be assigned as operational needs require.
