    Psychiatrist (MD) – Physician Opportunity
     
    This position can be 100% Remote.  BHC does have offices across Wisconsin that could be an option if preferred, even in a hybrid capcity.
     
    Behavioral Health Clinic (BHC) is growing, and we're looking for a Psychiatrist (MD) who wants to do more than practice medicine.

    This is more than a traditional clinical position.     Physician Leadership Opportunity
    We are seeking an MD who is interested not only in providing excellent patient care but also in helping build and strengthen psychiatric services as BHC grows.
    Depending on experience and interest, the physician may have opportunities to participate in:

    1. Clinical mentorship of psychiatric providers
    2. Recruitment and onboarding of physicians
    3. Development of psychiatric clinical standards and evidence-based practices
    4. Quality improvement and patient care initiatives
    5. Psychiatric program development and expansion
    6. Collaboration with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
    7. Physician education and clinical consultation
    8. Development of psychiatric services across Wisconsin
    9. Future advancement into a Medical Director or physician leadership role

    Clinical Practice

    5. Credentialing
    6. Intake coordination
    7. Telehealth technology support
    8. Spend more time practicing medicine and less time managing administrative tasks.
