Full-Time Leadership Position Competitive Compensation: $320,000 - $425,000+ annually Medical Directorship Responsibilities Opportunity to help build and enhance clinical programs Collaborative leadership team Oversight and mentorship of Psychiatric APPs Newly operational behavioral health hospital Strong support from executive and clinical leadership Primarily morning and early afternoon schedule Key Responsibilities
Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment Deliver direct patient care in an inpatient psychiatric setting Provide medical leadership for psychiatric services Establish and improve clinical workflows, treatment protocols, and best practices Participate in treatment team meetings and hospital leadership committees Collaborate with executive leadership, nursing, and clinical teams Support provider recruitment, mentorship, and professional development Promote quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance Assist with program development and operational growth initiatives QualificationsRequired
MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited Psychiatry Residency Program Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry Active Missouri Medical License or ability to obtain Strong leadership and clinical communication skills Preferred
